Kinstak Wins Big!

Kinstak headed home with a “Big Check” from FAU Tech Runway Venture Class 10 Pitch Competition

Thursday June 08, 2023, Kinstak’s Founder Carolyn Eagen went head-to-head with some of the best and brightest founders and start-ups in South Florida.

The past 10 months 20 startup companies have worked diligently to launch their MVPs, interview users, and leverage their world class Mentor Teams.

FAU Tech Runway is the premiere Startup Incubator in South Florida LAUNCHING THE NEXT GENERATION OF GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURS! Supporting and nurturing entrepreneurship in South Florida where students and faculty, community entrepreneurs, mentors and investors come together in a collaborative, and innovative ecosystem.

Kinstak proudly completed the rigorous program and took home 3rd place in the 10th annual Pitch Competition.  Carolyn Eagen, Founder of Kinstak was presented with the ”Big Check” and was asked what they were planning next? Carolyn said, “we are building out the unstructured data searching capabilities within Kinstak and an easy way for our users to interact with their photos and videos in VR”.

Kinstak is private cloud storage for parents and military families to store, automaticly organize & protect their family's digital legacy and soon to be VR enabled.

“We are so proud of the progress we have made over the past 10 months” Carolyn remarked as she accepted their award. She also went on to thank their Mentor Team; Richard Herbert, Carol Miller, Michael Dougherty, and Afzaal Akhtar. During the program Kinstak launched their first MVP, expanded their team with 2 new Kinstaker’s Matt Krajewski and Shenole Latimer, and slated to launch Kinstak 1.0 in a few months.
